At least I absolutely love but I’m sure you do as well; how could you not do? Three brands that provide high quality clothing options from morning to night and that I would say apply to the same target group: young ambitious urban individuals with classy perception and the hint of some rock touches. This is the image that comes to my mind when I look at the Sandro, Maje and The Kooples collections. But let’s have a better look on these brands...
I have to confess already that I am really fascinated with sandro. To an extent that sometimes I feel this French brand works its designs based on my personal flair. I literally like every single piece of clothing they have produced but the dresses are the apple of my eye. All of them very elegant, based on minimal lines without much of “noise”, actually I would say it’s their clever simplicity that provokes that unique interest. Another reason, I feel I could be dressed exclusively by sandro is that the brand always dedicates a big part of its collections to black and white; the all time classic colors, of which I can never get enough ;)
Favorite dresses from the Sandro spring – summer 2016 collection:
I would say that Maje designs follow the golden rule of simplicity but in a slightly more playful and girly way. Maje offers simple but statement pieces made with fabrics that shout to you to touch them and creating an appreciable high quality image that occupies the brand. You will find a lot of pieces made with lace or flowing textiles in nude and pastel shades that bring out some chic and sexy romance while at the same time bolder colours in printed fabrics add some rock notes. Speaking of rock, there are a lot of leather options there, from the maje icon Basalth leather jacket ideal for every occasion to unique leather skirts.
Let's have a look on some beautiful maje pieces:
The brand whose task is to dress the pair or “the koople” (as it sounds in British) in the most androgynous way; women’s collection appears to borrow a lot of details from the men’s wardrobe, however in a way that keeps the femininity alive.
The Kooples are definitely apply to those who really love an “extra shot” of rock to their style as their clothing include elements of lining polka dot, skulls, chains, pockets and of course emphasis to good black leather pieces. In addition, they usually involve some nice small red dresses with a disposition somewhere in-between sexy and girly.
And although The Kooples might be the perfect choice for young cool independent couples to match their style, it works the same effectively on singles as well ;)
